Traditional Piedmontese cuisine prepared with love
In the restaurant you will taste typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine and paired with the wines of our production. Book a table, every evening we will bring you a 4 or 5 course menu in the dining room or on the veranda by candlelight, you will try our specialties that we cook for you personally. In summer with black truffles and in autumn also with white, you will be attracted by the intoxicating scent of this magical tuber, called the Alba truffle, book the truffle menu with us.
We personally take care of choosing the vegetables and spices from our garden, fresh tomatoes, produced by us in a natural way, what we do not produce instead we buy it from farmers and neighboring farms.
